Overview

  • The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad secretary Bhagwati Singh published the detailed timetable Monday, setting exam days, shifts and subject dates for 2027.
  • The board fixed the exam window from February 5 to February 24, 2027, with the first papers in Hindi on February 5 and final papers on February 24.
  • Exams will run in two daily shifts — morning 8:30–11:45 for Class 10 and afternoon 2:00–5:15 for Class 12 — with the first 15 minutes of each session reserved for reading the question paper.
  • The board released a subject-wise schedule that lists key dates such as Class 10 social science (Feb 8), mathematics (Feb 13) and science (Feb 17), and Class 12 history (Feb 10), biology/maths (Feb 12) and physics (Feb 17).
  • Officials and outlets note the early timetable allows schools and exam centres to arrange logistics for more than 51 lakh registered candidates and, according to one report, reflects timing changes tied to the state election calendar.
