Overview

  • The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has begun registration for Class 10 Compartment and Improvement exams and Class 12 Compartment exams starting May 19, with applications accepted until June 10.
  • Scrutiny applications for Class 10 and 12 board exam answer sheets close today, May 19, requiring candidates to submit forms online and mail original challan receipts to regional offices.
  • Class 10 students can retake one failed subject for Improvement exams or up to two failed subjects for Compartment exams, while Class 12 students are eligible to retake one subject, including specific Agriculture or Trade papers.
  • Application fees are set at ₹256.50 for Class 10 Compartment and Improvement exams and ₹306 for Class 12 Compartment exams, payable via bank challan.
  • In April, UPMSP announced Class 10 and 12 results with pass rates of 90.11% and 81.15%, respectively, and highlighted toppers Mehak Jaiswal (Class 12) and Yash Pratap Singh (Class 10).
