UOCRA, Builders Seal November–December Wage Deal With 2.7% Rise and Lump-Sum Payments

Government homologation is required before the short-term pact becomes enforceable.

Overview

  • The agreement covers workers under CCT 76/75 and 577/10 and was reached by UOCRA with CAMARCO and FAEC.
  • Increases total 2.7% for the bimonth, with 1.4% in November on October basics and 1.3% in December on the updated base, applied cumulatively.
  • Monthly non-remunerative sums for November and December are paid in two biweekly installments and contribute to the UOCRA health fund.
  • Published Zona A lump sums include ARS 103,300 for Oficial Especializado, 96,200 for Oficial, 88,100 for Medio Oficial, and 83,200 for Ayudante and Sereno, with higher scales in Zones B, C and C-Austral.
  • The pact runs through December 31, 2025, with a special commission set to meet on December 22 to review conditions and outline wages from January 2026.
