Shazam! Director David F. Sandberg and Annabelle Writer Gary Dauberman to Helm Project

Sony's PlayStation Productions and Screen Gems are developing a movie adaptation of the popular 2015 horror video game, Until Dawn.
David F. Sandberg, known for his work on Shazam! and Annabelle: Creation, will direct the film, with Gary Dauberman, known for his work on It, Annabelle, and The Nun, revising the script initially written by Blair Butler.
The film is described as an 'R-rated love letter to the horror genre', but no specific plot details or casting announcements have been made yet.
