UNLV Football Player Ben Christman, 21, Found Dead in Apartment

Ben Christman, a 21-year-old offensive lineman for UNLV, was found dead in his off-campus apartment on Tuesday morning.
The Clark County Coroner's Office has not yet determined the cause of death, which could take months to finalize.
Christman transferred to UNLV in December 2024 after playing at Ohio State and Kentucky, where he appeared in 12 games last season on special teams.
UNLV officials, including head coach Dan Mullen and president Keith Whitfield, expressed condolences and highlighted Christman's positive impact on the team and community.
Counseling services are being offered to teammates and students as the university mourns the loss of a new member of its community.
