Overview
- Universal began extended launch testing of complete coaster trains on Oct. 16–17 as the attraction advances toward its 2026 debut.
- Each train carries four franchise-themed vehicles, including Dom Toretto’s 1970 Dodge Charger; the test trains are wrapped, with remaining models to be revealed later.
- The ride is designed to reach 72 mph along roughly 4,100 feet of track, which threads across the Upper Lot and over the Starway escalators.
- Ride vehicles rotate 360 degrees to simulate drifting, and guests will queue in a red-brick, garage-style facility.
- Universal says the track incorporates sound-reduction measures to limit neighborhood noise, and the company has not announced a specific opening date beyond 2026.
