Universal Rolls Out 2025 Grinchmas Across Parks Through Jan. 4 as Hollywood Refines Guest Flow

New meet-and-greet placement, stroller parking, renamed performers, plus limited-time tours and stamps shift how visitors navigate the holidays.

Overview

  • Universal Studios Hollywood hosted Pass Member Holiday Park Takeover nights on December 1 and 4 with exclusive show schedules and 15% food and merchandise discounts, and the park’s holiday slate continues daily through January 4, 2026.
  • At Hollywood’s Universal Plaza, the main Grinch meet-and-greet has moved under a tent with a reworked queue, stroller parking now uses the former Walking Dead queue to clear pathways, and the singing group is newly billed as the Fah-Who 4 A’s.
  • Grinch encounters draw some of the longest lines, with a pass member–exclusive alternate meet at Jurassic Café’s upper level, while the Wholiday Tree Lighting runs at night starting at 5:30 p.m. in 45‑minute intervals.
  • Paid upgrades remain available: the Universal Holiday Tour starts at $84.99 plus tax with reserved show viewing and expedited Grinch access through January 3, and at Universal Orlando the Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast costs $58.99 for adults and $32.99 for ages 3–9.
  • Beyond Grinchmas, Hogsmeade offers seasonal décor, Frog Choir sets, and The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle, while Super Nintendo World features festive touches plus exclusive Power-Up Band stamps available through February 28.
