- The offer provides a 2‑Park pass to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure for $220, with a $35 upgrade adding Volcano Bay; Epic Universe is not included in the pass.
- The pass is valid from November 13, 2025 through December 18, 2026, with blackouts on December 25, 2025–January 4, 2026 and March 30–April 6, 2026, plus Volcano Bay only from October 26–December 18, 2026.
- Sales run through participating Military Information, Tickets & Tours offices only, not at Universal’s front gates, and require a DEERS‑issued photo ID for purchase and activation.
- Each eligible ID can buy up to six passes, one must be used by the service member or spouse, activation makes tickets nontransferable, and ID must be shown on first park entry.
