Universal Acquires Olivia Wilde-Directed Christmas Comedy 'Naughty'

Film follows a mother's quest to secure custody of her son with Santa Claus's help, produced by LuckyChap and written by Jimmy Warden.

Universal Pictures has acquired the rights to the Christmas comedy 'Naughty', directed by Olivia Wilde and produced by LuckyChap.
The film, described as 'Bridesmaids in the North Pole', follows a mother's quest to secure custody of her son by convincing Santa Claus to testify in her divorce hearing.
The screenplay for 'Naughty' is written by Jimmy Warden, who also serves as a producer alongside Wilde and the team from LuckyChap.
Olivia Wilde's previous directorial works include 'Booksmart' and 'Don’t Worry Darling', the latter earning nearly $90 million worldwide.
LuckyChap, the production company involved, has recently seen success with the film 'Barbie', which has earned more than $1.4 billion at the worldwide box office.
