• At CEIP Orba in Alfafar, teachers report no electricity, water or finished enclosures, the patio is unfinished, and the dining service cannot operate, with the council not ruling out a one‑week delay.
• Utiel families say students from IES Alameda will be dispersed across six temporary locations for up to three years during the rebuild, while the few installed units lack doors, lighting, heating and furniture.
• Conseller José Antonio Rovira maintains any delays will be only one or two days, as unions and parent groups denounce missed commitments since June and plan protests over conditions and timelines.
