• More than thirty UNAM schools and faculties resumed on-campus activities after two weeks of disruptions linked to threats and the CCH Sur homicide.
• FCPyS was evacuated in the morning after a typed note found in a bathroom warned of a bomb and the alert circulated in WhatsApp groups, triggering the university’s emergency protocol.
• A joint search by UNAM Civil Protection and Fire Brigade with the SSC’s Zorros unit determined the alert was a false alarm, and afternoon classes were contemplated to resume at the faculty.
• Several units remain partially disrupted, with Odontology, Veterinary Medicine, Social Work, Medicine, CCH Sur and ENES Morelia reported on strike, while Chemistry continues remote classes.
