UNAM Opens SUAyED Admission Call With Tight Registration and Payment Deadlines

A short online registration window with a strict payment deadline raises the risk that applicants who miss required steps will be excluded from the selection process.

Overview

  • Register on TU SITIO between Thursday, October 8 and Monday, October 12 and pay the 490-peso exam fee by 15:59 on Tuesday, October 13 to be eligible to sit the test.
  • Applicants must upload a recent photograph, a scanned signature file, and an official photo ID to TU SITIO before the exam or they will not be allowed to take the selection test.
  • The selection exam will be held in person from November 18 to 22 and applicants will consult their assigned date, time and venue in TU SITIO in early November with no option to change assignments.
  • The 490-peso payment can be made using the methods listed on the deposit slip, including Santander branches or bank transfer, and the UNAM warns there will be no extensions for late payments.
  • Results are due December 9 and admitted students to distance programs gain access to a Program of Support for Entry from December 10 to January 11 while final document delivery, registration and the semester start follow in January and February 2027; the SUAyED offers separate open and distance degree lists with limited seats at four foreign campuses.
