Overview

• UNAM will fund 4,200 one-time awards in the first allocation of the Ifigenia Martínez grant.
• Preregistration runs 18–31 August 2025 via Sistema Integra, with validation from 1–26 September and results on 30 September.
• Selected students receive 3,600 pesos in a single disbursement for the current semester.
• Eligibility requires active undergraduate status, demonstrated economic need at or below the monthly minimum wage, a minimum 7.0 GPA except for new entrants, and no university sanctions.
• Selection prioritizes pregnant students, those with children, and members of indigenous communities; the grant can complement some aid but not duplicate nutrition supports, and it is financed with UNAM, federal and private foundation resources including Fundación Carlos Slim and Fundación Telmex‑Telcel.
