UNAM Announces 19,554 Exam Admits, Prepares to Release 29,006 Regulated Entrants

The initiative adds 5,000 new undergraduate seats to reinforce UNAM’s commitment to expanding public higher education.

Overview

  • On July 17, UNAM published results for the Concurso de Selección, admitting 19,554 candidates across on-campus, open and distance degree programs.
  • Results for 29,006 aspirants entering via the Pase Reglamentado will be released on July 22 and will be accessible through the DGAE portal.
  • Admitted students can check their status on the DGAE website at www.dgae.unam.mx and may submit formal review requests through July 30 at the DGAE offices.
  • The university has expanded its undergraduate intake by approximately 5,000 seats this year, raising total admissions to 48,560.
  • Two applicants, Anna Sofía Pérez Gordillo and Lizette Jacqueline Cruz Gómez, achieved perfect scores on the admission exam.
