  • The ICC deputy prosecutor reported reasonable grounds to suspect war crimes and crimes against humanity are occurring in Darfur under RSF control.
  • A coalition of 29 donor countries called on the RSF to lift its siege of El Fasher and grant immediate, unimpeded humanitarian access as UN agencies warn famine conditions are deepening.
  • The World Food Programme is limited to providing digital cash assistance to about 250,000 people in El Fasher pending safe passage for full-scale aid deliveries.
