Overview
- On Oct. 14, an inter-agency convoy delivering aid to Bilozerka in Kherson Oblast was attacked during offloading, with officials reporting intensive artillery fire followed by FPV drone strikes.
- Two World Food Programme trucks were set ablaze and destroyed, and although the four-vehicle convoy was clearly marked with UN insignia, no humanitarian staff were injured.
- Italy’s foreign minister said an Italian official accompanying the mission was unharmed.
