Overview
- During a heated argument on the show's Halloween episode, Umut Tekin spat multiple times into Sam Dylan's face on camera.
- Production staff intervened and removed Tekin and his partner Lena Goldstein from the competition for violating conduct rules.
- Previously eliminated contestants Chris Kugathasan and Jerry Menges were brought back to fill the vacant spots and went on to win the €40,350 jackpot.
- Fellow participants condemned the spitting as unacceptable and demeaning, and footage shows Tekin initially refusing remorse before later telling producers he accepted responsibility.
- The incident followed accusations by other cast members that Tekin staged behaviour for attention or money, and the case highlights how reality shows enforce safety and brand standards on live disputes.
