Data from the race tracking system showed that Zakrzewski used a car for around 2.5 miles of the competition.
Zakrzewski accepted a medal and trophy for finishing third in the race, which she did not return immediately as she should have done.
Zakrzewski, who has represented Great Britain on multiple occasions, has been barred from coaching, officiating, and managing for the same period.
