Ukrenergo Schedules Rolling Power Outages for Dec. 22 Across Most Regions

• Hourly shutoffs for households and capacity limits for industrial users will be applied in most oblasts on Monday, the grid operator said.

• The Cabinet directed that up to 1 GW, freed by revising the critical‑infrastructure list, be redirected to residential supply by Dec. 24.
