• DTEK said it implemented Ukrenergo’s order for emergency outages in Brovarsky, Obukhivsky and Boryspil districts of Kyiv region, as well as in Dnipropetrovsk and the Ukrainian‑controlled part of Donetsk.
• Earlier in the day, UNIAN reported emergency electricity cuts in Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
• Ukraine’s Energy Ministry later reported emergency shutoffs in Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk regions, with partial cuts in Kirovohrad, Kyiv and Cherkasy.
• The ministry also noted that industrial facilities in the Kyiv‑controlled part of Zaporizhzhia faced emergency restrictions and that Chernihiv was applying hourly outage schedules.
