Ukrainian Intelligence Names 145 Technodinamika Firms, Flags 86 Still Unsanctioned

The new public dataset is intended to guide targeted sanctions.

Overview

  • The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine published the roster on the War & Sanctions portal, identifying enterprises tied to Rostec’s Technodinamika holding.
  • The dataset provides company identification details, functional roles, organizational and management links, and the status of any penalties already applied.
  • Technodinamika companies produce artillery systems, ammunition, propellants, explosives, UAVs, cruise‑missile launchers, armor and protective gear, training simulators, parachute systems, and aircraft engines, and they service Tu‑95MS and Tu‑160 bombers.
  • Named entities include Soyuz and Morozov for solid‑fuel missile engines, the Karl Liebknecht plant for armor‑piercing tank rounds, Ufa Aggregate for Kh‑101 and Kh‑59 components, and the Vannikov Shtamp plant for warheads, bomb casings, and ammunition belt links.
  • DIU urges partner governments and businesses to use the data for due diligence and targeted measures to end cooperation, aiming to disrupt supply chains and slow Russian weapons production.
