  • Espionage activities included the collection of data on the protection system at nuclear power plants and the exact positioning of coastline fortifications in the Odesa region.
  • The operation was supported by internal security units from the Foreign Intelligence Service, Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate, and the SBU, under the guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office.
