  • Ukraine’s General Staff reported a drone strike that ignited a fire at Russia’s Syzran oil refinery and additional hits on military and logistics sites in Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk, while Russian authorities did not confirm refinery damage and claimed drones were intercepted.
