  • Repair teams are working to restore heating in 143 buildings in the capital, according to Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal.
  • Ten Ukrzaliznytsia teams and eight from the Kyiv region are already deployed, with more crews from Rivne and additional railway teams due to arrive.
  • Sixty crews are working to rebuild electricity supply in the region, including 12 brought in from other oblasts.
  • The Energy Ministry is dispatching 55 generators from its reserve hub and is verifying cogeneration plants while simplifying connection procedures to add capacity quickly.
