Overview

• Ukraine's defence minister Denys Shmyhal met in Kyiv with a delegation led by Polish deputy prime minister and foreign minister Radosław Sikorski on 12 September.
• Ukrainian officials reported briefing the visitors on a deliberate Shahed drone attack against Poland and discussed cooperation on intercepting aerial targets.
• Kyiv said it is ready to share counter-drone expertise, exchange technologies, and launch joint ventures under the Build in Ukraine and Build with Ukraine programs.
• According to Ukraine's defence ministry, Poland expressed interest in co-producing drones and longer-range systems, including ballistic missiles.
