  • Ukrenergo reported emergency power cuts and damage to energy facilities affecting Odesa, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions, with 260 settlements also without power due to weather.
  • Ukrainian officials said nearly 700,000 customers regained electricity over the past week, while Russia accused Kyiv of lethal drone strikes in Voronezh and other regions and labeled them a terrorist act.
