Ukraine Repels 371-Round Russian Drone and Missile Assault

Kyiv’s forces continue to target Russian airfields with precision drone strikes to degrade Moscow’s aerial assets.

Overview

  • Russia launched 371 drones and missiles in a single overnight wave, including 363 Shahed-type UAVs, two Kh-47M2 Kinzhal ballistic missiles and six Kalibr cruise missiles.
  • Ukraine’s aviation units, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare teams and unmanned systems troops neutralized 365 of the incoming aerial targets.
  • Russian strikes in the Dnipropetrovsk region killed four civilians and injured 17, and a drone strike on Odesa’s high-rise killed a married couple and wounded 14, including three children.
  • Ukrainian long-range drones destroyed two Su-34 fighter jets and damaged two others at the Marinovka airfield in Volgograd Oblast.
  • Kyiv’s Security Service reported that drones struck Crimea’s Kirovske airfield, destroying three Russian helicopters and a Pantsir-S1 air defense system as peace talks remain stalled.
