Ukraine Receives 1,000 Bodies in Wartime Repatriation Operation

The transfer was coordinated with the Red Cross to allow formal identification by Ukrainian authorities.

  • Ukraine’s Coordination Headquarters, the Armed Forces, the Security Service, the Interior Ministry, the Ombudsman’s office and other agencies carried out the handover with International Committee of the Red Cross support.
