Overview
- Applications are open from November 15 to December 24 for people currently in Ukraine, with parents or guardians able to apply for children.
- Diia submissions pay out to the National Cashback card for use on utilities, medicines, Ukrainian-made goods, postal services, books, charity, and donations to the Armed Forces.
- Ukrposhta applications start November 18, including branch or postal-worker options across the country, with automatic disbursement on pay days for pensioners and social benefit recipients who use Ukrposhta.
- The government set aside UAH 11 billion in the 2025 budget for the one-off payments, with additional needs to be covered by reallocations, and it expects about 11 million beneficiaries.
- Funds remain usable through June 30, 2026, and a separate UAH 6,500 one-time payment targets more than 660,000 of the most vulnerable citizens.
