- Applications are now open in Diia from November 15 through December 24, with in-branch or written applications via Ukrposhta available starting November 18.
- President Volodymyr Zelensky said recipients should see funds about 10 days after a successful application.
- The assistance is available to every citizen currently in Ukraine, with parents or guardians able to apply on behalf of children.
- Money is credited to the National Cashback card in Diia or to a special Ukrposhta account and can be used for utilities, medicines, Ukrainian-made goods, postal services, books, charity and donations to the Armed Forces, with spending allowed until June 30, 2026.
- The government allocated UAH 11 billion and anticipates about 11 million users, Diia reported launch-day slowdowns due to high demand, and Ukrposhta will automatically disburse the payment to its pension and social-benefit clients on their regular payout days.
