- By late 28 November, Ukraine’s General Staff recorded 289 combat engagements, including 65 Russian attempts to break through on the Pokrovsk axis and heavy fighting on the Lyman, Oleksandrivskyi and Kostiantynivka directions.
- Russia carried out 28 airstrikes, dropped 86 guided bombs, launched 876 loitering munitions and conducted 2,264 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements, according to the evening military update.
