Ukraine Hits Russian Refinery, Pumping Stations and Drone Plant as Novorossiysk Strike Kills Two

The campaign seeks to degrade Russia’s war capacity by hitting targets far from the front.

  • Russia reported intercepting about 70 Ukrainian drones overnight across several regions, while separate Ukrainian reports said Russian overnight barrages involved three Iskander missiles and roughly 115 drones, causing civilian casualties in multiple oblasts.
  • Regional authorities in Ukraine reported at least seven civilians killed and 41 injured over the past day, and the military said an Iskander strike on a Ground Forces training area caused casualties.
