  • A drone strike destroyed a home in Chernechchyna, Sumy region, killing two parents and their sons, with the mother reported pregnant with twins, while a separate attack on Dnipro killed one and injured at least 31.
  • Strikes hit energy infrastructure in Chernihiv region, cutting electricity to over 26,000 homes, as Ukraine countered with aviation, electronic warfare teams, drone systems, and mobile fire groups; Russia separately claimed it downed 81 Ukrainian drones without damage.
