- Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces reported that deep-strike drones set ablaze the Ryazan and Novokuibyshevsk refineries and hit fuel storage in the Voronezh region.
- The Security Service of Ukraine said its drones struck Russia’s Primorsko-Akhtarsk Shahed storage airbase and an electronics factory in Penza that supplies the military-industrial complex.
- Governors in Penza, Samara and Rostov confirmed at least three civilian deaths and multiple injuries from falling debris and fires caused by the drone strikes.
