- Ukraine’s General Staff said units hit the Lukoil-Nizhegorod refinery in Kstovo and a petrochemical facility in Sterlitamak, reporting fires and noting damage assessments are underway.
- Radiy Khabirov, the acting head of Bashkortostan, called the Sterlitamak incident a “terrorist attack by two UAVs” and claimed both drones were downed with debris falling in an industrial area.
