UK Sport Announces Record £330m Investment for LA 2028 Olympics

Athletics funding has been reduced by £1.75 million to £20.5 million, despite the sport delivering 10 medals at the Paris 2024 Olympics, its best performance since 1984.
Canoeing also saw a funding decrease, while sports like rowing, basketball, and new Olympic disciplines such as flag football and para-climbing received increased support.
