  • Nikki Cuthbertson, 34, says she bought tirzepatide injections online from November 2024 and increased her dose to 15 mg, losing about seven stone by July 2025.
  • She developed severe chest pain and later vomited brown liquid before being taken by ambulance to Royal Stoke University Hospital.
  • Ultrasound and MRI scans showed gallbladder inflammation and stones with liver inflammation and sepsis, leading to laparoscopic gallbladder removal.
