UK Faces Widespread Weekend Disruption Due to Heavy Rain and Flood Warnings

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain across England and Wales, effective from Saturday afternoon through Sunday evening.

Some homes and businesses are likely to experience flooding, and there may be interruptions to power supplies and other services.
The weather conditions are expected to bring heavy downpours, affecting already saturated ground and leading to widespread disruption.
There are currently 75 flood warnings and 262 flood alerts in place for the weekend across the affected regions.
