• India’s Sanjay Seth and the UK’s Vernon Coaker met in Mumbai to review ongoing defence engagements and outline areas to deepen cooperation.
• The UK Carrier Strike Group led by HMS Prince of Wales completed the sea phase of Exercise Konkan-25 and has moved to harbour activities in Mumbai and Goa.
• Officials said the drills strengthened understanding of operational philosophies and significantly advanced naval interoperability.
• Both sides reaffirmed commitments under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and Vision 2035 with focus on global supply chains, indigenous manufacturing and training exchanges.
