UK Antisemitic Incidents Triple Following Middle East Conflict

Over 5,500 incidents reported in the past year, with heightened security measures for Jewish High Holy Days.

The Community Security Trust (CST) reported 5,583 antisemitic incidents in the UK from October 2023 to September 2024.
This figure marks a 204% increase compared to the previous year, which saw 1,830 incidents.
The majority of incidents involved abusive behavior, with significant numbers of threats and assaults also recorded.
London experienced the highest number of incidents, followed by Manchester and West Yorkshire.
In response, the CST is implementing its largest-ever security operation for the High Holy Days, in collaboration with police forces.
