  • TravelSupermarket data shows the average cost of seven-night all-inclusive family holidays in August 2025 rose between 4% and 26% compared with August 2024.
  • The United Arab Emirates led with a 26% increase from £1,210 to £1,525 followed by Cyprus (23%), Turkey (15%), Greece (12%) and Spain (9%).
  • Only Italy and Tunisia bucked the trend with price declines of 11% to £1,129 and 4% to £763 respectively.
  • Industry experts attribute the rises to elevated operational costs including energy bills, food expenses and rising wages in the hospitality sector.
  • Many travellers are responding by choosing shorter midweek breaks or upgrading to premium all-inclusive packages and flight seats.
