- Class 4A quarterfinals are Feb. 18 at Weber State with Mountain View vs. Dixie (9:30 a.m.), Sky View vs. Provo (11:10 a.m.), Timpanogos vs. Pine View (12:50 p.m.) and Hurricane vs. Crimson Cliffs (2:30 p.m.).
- Class 3A quarterfinals are Feb. 19 at SUU with Grantsville vs. Emery (9:30 a.m.), Canyon View vs. Morgan (11:10 a.m.), Ogden vs. Richfield (12:50 p.m.) and North Sanpete vs. Delta (2:30 p.m.).

- Top-eight seeds received first-round byes in 4A and 2A, and the brackets reflect notable second-round results including Mountain View over Cottonwood, Grantsville over Juab and North Sanpete over American Heritage.
