UFC and Fanatics Collectibles Announce Exclusive Trading Card Partnership
Topps Returns to the Sport with the 2024 Topps Chrome UFC Set to Hit Retail on Feb. 28
- UFC and Fanatics Collectibles have announced an exclusive multi-year trading card partnership, marking the return of Topps to the sport after a three-year hiatus.
- The first product to be released as part of the partnership will be the 2024 Topps Chrome UFC, which will be available in hobby and retail shops on Feb. 28.
- The 2024 set will feature 200 base cards with a rainbow of color and tech parallels, as well as two autographs randomly distributed into each box, including from UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley, flyweight champion Alexa Grasso and welterweight titleholder Leon Edwards.
- Fanatics plans to support the UFC partnership with a variety of promotional initiatives, including featured content on Fanatics Live, the company’s live commerce platform launched in mid-2023.
- Fanatics purchased Topps in 2022 for $500 million and has been busily building off the venerated trading card brand, inking deals with the tennis players group Winners Alliance and with college athletes.
