UEFA moves 2024 congress from Madrid amid Rubiales scandal fallout

Former Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales resigned after being accused of sexual assault by player Jenni Hermoso at Women's World Cup ceremony.
Rubiales was suspended by FIFA, resigned as UEFA vice president, and was replaced by Armand Duka of Albania.
UEFA relocated annual congress in 2024 from Madrid to Paris due to absence of Spanish FA president and interim secretary.
UEFA Nations League draw also moved from Madrid to Paris on same day as congress.
