Overview

  • UEFA’s Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has barred FK Arsenal Tivat from all European club competitions through the 2034/35 season and fined the Montenegrin side €500,000.
  • The body imposed lifetime bans on defender Nikola Čelebić and sporting director Ranko Krgovic for their roles in manipulating the July 2023 Conference League qualifier against Alashkert FC.
  • Ten-year suspensions were handed to players Cetko Manojlovic, Dusan Puletic, Radule Zivkovic and official Milan Vignjevic, while Christos Psomiadis received an eight-year ban and Goran Janjusevic a six-year ban.
  • UEFA said the sanctions address breaches of Articles 11 and 12 of its Disciplinary Code covering general conduct and the integrity of matches.
  • The federation plans to ask FIFA to enforce the club’s exclusion and individual bans worldwide, preventing any football participation across member countries.
