UConn Expels Students Involved in Championship Celebration Vandalism

Some University of Connecticut students have been expelled for vandalizing their campus after their basketball team's victory in the NCAA championship game.
Investigations are ongoing for other students who were arrested following the vandalism that caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
The vandalism included damaging a campus police cruiser and flipping a van on its side.
More than a dozen students were arrested on charges that in some cases included rioting.
The precise number of students expelled will be released later in the summer.
