The Huskies (7-0) broke a record held by North Carolina, which had 23 consecutive double-digit wins over nonconference opponents in 2008 and 2009.
UConn outscored New Hampshire 52-8 in the paint, with Clingan making his first 10 field-goal attempts and finishing 12 of 13 from the field.
Jaxson Baker scored a team-high 20 points for New Hampshire, making a career-high six 3-pointers.
The Huskies will take their streak into Lawrence, Kansas on Friday to face the fifth-ranked Jayhawks.
