Gabriela Jaquez contributed 17 points, including nine during a decisive 19-1 fourth-quarter run that sealed the victory for UCLA.
Ohio State's defense forced UCLA into a season-high 23 turnovers, but the Bruins dominated the boards with a 49-33 rebounding advantage.
The win keeps UCLA (22-0, 10-0 Big Ten) as the only unbeaten team in Division I, while Ohio State (20-2, 9-2) struggled offensively, shooting a season-low 29.4% from the field.
