UCF Knights rallied for a 74-71 victory over Charlotte in overtime at the Jacksonville Classic, advancing to the championship game.
Darius Johnson led the Knights with 25 points, Jaylin Sellers scored 19, and Ibrahima Diallo finished with 10 points and eight rebounds.
UCF trailed 71-65 in the final minute before staging a 9-0 run to capture the Coast Bracket championship of the eight-team event.
Lu’cye Patterson led the 49ers with 21 points and four assists, and Igor Milicic Jr. had 18 points and 10 rebounds.
Both teams shot under 43% overall and under 30% from 3-point range, but UCF made 19 of 24 foul shots while Charlotte sank 11 of 16.
