Overview

  • Golden Visa holders can access a dedicated 24/7 emergency hotline at +97124931133 while traveling abroad.
  • The UAE will issue an electronic Return Document within about 30 minutes via the official portal to help residents return if their passports are lost or damaged.
  • MoFA will arrange repatriation of mortal remains or overseas burial for deaths abroad and will support families in completing required formalities.
  • Emergency and crisis services previously reserved for UAE nationals are now extended to Golden Visa holders and their accompanying family members through UAE missions worldwide.
  • The initiative, jointly implemented by MoFA and the ICP and announced at GITEX Global 2025, is active and framed by officials as strengthening the UAE’s appeal to global talent.
